Welcome to Customflow! By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders, and agreements concluded via the Customflow webshop, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Products and Personalisation

All products are made to order based on customer specifications (such as embroidery design, color, placement, etc.).
Customers are responsible for providing correct files and texts.
Colors and placement may slightly differ from digital previews due to the embroidery process.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made using one of the available payment methods at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Production time is typically 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping times depend on destination:

Belgium & the Netherlands: 1–2 business days
France & Germany: 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a certain amount.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Cancellations

As all items are custom-made, returns are generally not possible.
However, we offer a 30-day exchange guarantee for:

Incorrect sizing
Wrong or damaged items

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet started.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding delivered items or services must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via contact@customflowembroidery.com. We strive to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

8. Liability

Customflow is not liable for:

Errors in files or texts provided by the customer
Indirect or consequential damages
Color differences between screen previews and final products

Our liability is limited to the amount of the original order.

9. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design, the customer confirms that they have the rights to the provided material. Customflow is not responsible for any infringement of third-party copyrights or trademarks.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes should be resolved amicably whenever possible. If legal action is necessary, the courts of the district of Antwerp shall have jurisdiction.
