At CustomFlow, we believe in clear and fair pricing. Our pricing model is simple: each garment has a base price, and customizations are added based on your design preferences. Below is a breakdown of our pricing structure.
Customization costs
- Base Price: Each garment has a fixed base price, depending on the item you choose.
- Embroidery Customization: the price for custom embroidery depends on the size of the design and the type of design (text or logo/image). See table on left side.
- No Extra Digitalization Costs: The digitization process required for embroidery is already included in these prices—no hidden fees!
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping based on your order total:
- Belgium & The Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €50.
- Europe: Free shipping on orders over €100.
Bulk Discounts
We appreciate larger orders and offer the following discounts:
- 6+ products → 5% discount
- 11+ products → 10% discount
- 21+ products → 15% discount
The discount is automatically applied at checkout when the required quantity is met.
