  • We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 — no discount code required. If your order qualifies, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
  • For smaller orders (under €40), a standard shipping fee will apply based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.
  • All packages are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your order from our workshop to your door.

Because all of our products are made to order, delivery takes a little longer than mass-produced items — but we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected delivery option.

  • In most cases, orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days after purchase.
    This timeframe includes:
  • Production time, since we create each item specifically for your order
  • Packaging and quality check
  • Shipping and transit time with tracked delivery
  • Please note that during busy periods (like holidays or sales), production may take slightly longer. But we’ll always keep you updated via email and provide tracking once your order ships.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Netherlands

If you're located in one of these countries, your shipping options and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout. All shipments include tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns and Refunds

Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. Each item is custom-made just for you, so we can’t resell returned items. However, your satisfaction is very important to us — which is why we offer a flexible exchange option.

You have 30 days from your order date to request an exchange.
Exchanges are available for:

  • A different size or item
  • Store credit for a future purchase
  • If your item hasn’t been customized (e.g., no personalized text or logo), we may be able to issue a refund instead — just reach out to our support team.

  • Clothing Item Price: The base price of your order is determined by the type of clothing item you choose. Each item has a set price based on the style, material, and size.
  • Customization Costs: If you choose to personalize your item (e.g., adding text, logos, or images), an additional fee will apply for the customization. The price for customization depends on the complexity of the design and the type of embroidery or print.
  • Quantity Discounts: If you order more than one item, we offer quantity discounts that lower the price per item as you increase your order size. The more items you buy, the bigger the savings!
  • Shipping and Additional Fees: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. If your order exceeds €40, free shipping will be applied automatically.

All fees will be transparantly shown at checkout.

Samples

Yes, we offer both customized and blank samples for larger orders, so you can ensure the quality, colors, and sizing meet your expectations before making a bigger purchase.

  • Samples for larger orders: If you’re planning to order 20 pieces or more, you can request a sample (either customized or blank). This allows you to check the quality, colors, and sizing of the product before placing a larger order.
  • No large order yet? No problem! If you don’t have a large order planned but still want to see a sample, we’re happy to help! Just reach out to our customer service team, and we’ll assist you in arranging a sample.
