Because all of our products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. Each item is custom-made just for you, so we can’t resell returned items. However, your satisfaction is very important to us — which is why we offer a flexible exchange option.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes! If your item doesn’t fit or wasn’t quite what you expected, we offer exchanges within 30 days of your order date. You can:

• Exchange it for a different item
• Receive store credit for a future purchase

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over €40 — no code needed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are calculated at checkout depending on your address, but in general, orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Since everything is made to order, we appreciate your patience — we promise it’s worth the wait!
